A 2014 graduate from LSU, Brandon received his degree in kinesiology with a Focus on fitness studies. During this time in school he was able to work in many different realms of fitness including Olympic lifting, crossfit , and athletic performance. For Brandon, sports and competition have always been his passion. Growing up he stayed as active as he could playing baseball, basketball, track, football, and soccer. It is here where he first learned about injuries and how to recover from them. He comes to us with experience in progressing athletes through performance programs and hopes to translate that knowledge into progressing patients through recovery and rehab. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Brandon spends the other half of his days training youth athletes in Prosper, Frisco, and McKinney for Elite Performance Training. In his spare time he can be found playing soccer, hiking, going to sporting events (Go Cowboys), or running. In 2016 he completed his first half and full marathons.
