Dr. Haley Lance's great, great uncle was the first chiropractor in her home town area in South Alabama. Growing up, her parents and grandparents regularly saw a chiropractor, so she was introduced to chiropractic care at an early age. She didn't receive chiropractic care as a child, because her family was not informed that children could get adjusted and the importance in children’s chiropractic care. Haley grew up suffering with migraine headaches from as early as she can remember. It was believed to be inherited, because many of her family members also were migraine sufferers. She sought help from a neurologist and was place on several different prescription medications which led to no improvement in her pain. While in college, she suffered a whiplash injury and started receiving regular chiropractic care. To her amazement, the migraines were less and less frequent, until they subsided completely! Maintaining her chiropractic care allowed her to stop her pain medications and as of today, she has not had to return to taking them. Dr. Haley Lance received a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Auburn University. Upon graduating, she began school at Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, where she met her husband, Dr. Justin Lance and graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. You may find her practicing at the Eatonton location on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. To date, her greatest accomplishments are her three children; Benton, age seven, Ansley Claire, age four and Blakely, age two. Exercise, healthy eating, and supplemental nutrition are some of her favorite things to pursue in continuing education. If only chiropractic care had been introduced to her at an earlier age, it could have saved many years of pain, medical bills, and expensive prescriptions. Chiropractic is for all people of all ages! Dr. Haley wants all to know that everyone needs care so they won't suffer like she did growing up.
