Located in between Park and Madison Avenues in Manhattan’s Carnegie Hill, the Regenerative SportsCare Institute (RSI) is New York’s outpatient hub for nonsurgical, regenerative, interventional orthopedic care. RSI provides all services under one roof—from MRI and X-Ray imaging to interventional orthopedic procedures administered by experienced, academically-affiliated physicians. This enables RSI physicians to image, diagnose, and treat many of our patients at the same site, often in the span of one morning or afternoon.

  • The staff is always welcoming and helpful. There was no delay with my appointment in my last two visits. The instructions and personal concern for my comfort is always there. The doctors explain everything clearly and are attentive to the explanation of my symptoms. There is a personal as well as a professional empathy with my problem.

  • A doctor friend referred me for months long pain in neck. I called and got an appointment for that very day. Dr. Lutz was professional and nice and immediately put me at ease explaining that the kind of pain I have is common and typically goes away on its own. He checked me out doing some simple tests right there and ordered an MRI if I want to rule out any other issues (not likely and I probably won't get it), and he immediately alleviated my concern about having something potentially more serious and explained why that's highly doubtful. They don't take insurance - that's probably why the office is efficient and the doctor tells the truth.

  • Excellent service on every level. Good exam and diagnosis and suggestions for care. Reassuring, which is what I needed. One small criticism : too much to fill out ahead of time, especially when doctor then asks the same questions.
