Jordan is thrilled to be a part of such a forward thinking medical center. She comes from a physical medicine office in Little, CO and previously worked in primary care implementing innovated projects regarding Transitional Care Management in Tyler, Texas prior to moving to Colorado. Jordan is looking forward to providing exciting, new therapies for the patients at Parker Integrative Health in the coming years.
