Vy Nguyen received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and minor in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas in 2015. Growing up, Vy became invested in playing sports such as basketball, swimming, gymnastics, and track. After tearing both ACL’s at a young age, her love for health and wellness grew. Working with a variety of Physical Therapists (geriatrics, pediatrics, and sports medicine), Vy refined her knowledge in rehabilitation and began to incorporate injury prevention with her training as a personal trainer. She specializes in weight loss, muscle growth, and metabolic performance programs for her clients. In total Vy has written over 50 individualized exercise programs to assist others in maintaining a healthy work/life balance when she was a Health Coordinator at Verizon Wireless. On her downtime she likes to read, draw, and binge watch Netflix shows. Vy loves to weight train and hopes to obtain her CSCS certification to work with athletes. She aspires to go back to grad school to get her MBA in the next couple of years.
